Evangeline Moore Geczy
I view my life as a fascinating journey winding through different environments and places. Art tells me who I am. Every once in a while, I notice that it would be all right to be simply joyful in art to just let it be there.
I follow the tradition of the early modernist painters: De Kooning, Dienbenkorn and Joannie Mitchell (to mention a few) where paint, composition and color are the vital components to the piece.
